At Guardian Angel, Inc we run several non-profit programs for children and teens in the state of Iowa; all of which are geared toward the development and flourishing of our youth. You can discover more about our programs below.
Hoofs of Love
Another charitable children's program we sposnor is Hoofs of Love. This is an Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy and Learning Program that Guardian Angel, Inc will be involvedwith, supporting both Strides and Healing Hearts with Horses on their mission to help abused, neglected or developmentally delayed children improve their lives through the use of the Equine.
WOW Program
The WOW Program, stands for ReWard Outstanding Work. The primary goal of this program, which is specifically for children and teens, is to honor those youths that have successfully participated in reaching their self-development goals for that month. By improving him or herself as an individual, and growing a little bit at a time, the child or teen will embark on a journey of transformation that will lead to a better person and a brighter future.
Angel Academy
Set to launch in the early part of 2008, The Angel Academy, created and established by Dr. Lopez-Dawson, will utilize the arts as a therapeutic tool to help children and teens express themselves and grow or address issues that they may struggle with.
