The WOW Program
Another program by Guardian Angel Inc., is The WOW Program, which stands for ReWard Outstanding Work. The primary goal of this program, which is specifically for children and teens, is to honor those youths that have successfully reached his/her self-development goals during the course of a month.
Each child will set their own monthly goals with the help of an adult, in areas such as, but not limited to:
Behavioral Improvement :: Academia and Arts
Athletic and Dance :: Spirituality and Faith
Helping their Community :: Hygiene and Health
The key is to have the children focus on their growth and self-development, while creating a daily habit of improvement. This overtime, will see them blossom into better people, opening more doors and creating bigger opportunities for success in their personal lives. Imagine where that child can be in a year or five years from the start of his/her journey? They will transform themselves into an amazing individual who will grace society with their presence and contribution.
The children participating in our program, that reach their goals during any one month, will qualify to be part of a 3-hour celebration to take place at the Unicorns Facility located in Pella, Iowa. They will be treated as our honored guests and will be recognized for their achievements. During the celebration they will enjoy food, games, and activities such as, Shuffle Board, Foosball, Movies, Pool and much more.
By improving him or herself as an individual, and growing a little bit at a time, the child or teen will embark on a journey of transformation that will lead them to become a better person and have a chance at a brighter future.
